We got home last night from Northport and spending time with our families for Christmas. Jayse had a ball. He didn't care about opening the presents but he loved playing with them once they were open. We got way too much stuff because Santa was very good to us this year. We almost had a white Christmas because Christmas morning we had flurries mixed in with a little rain. We are getting ready for the new year and hopefully the new year will bring us a buyer for our house in Dothan. Matt going to take some teens to a youth conference soon and Thursday we have plans to spend with the kids at WildersWorld and then a Sunday School party.

Christmas is coming up very soon and I just realized it. (Hint: Don't go to Wal-mart). Matt is having the youth Christmas party tonight at the church (a lock in). So Jayse and I are going about our normal routine at home. I got a very special gift in the mail today from Dothan. Doug sent me my badge back and said that I could keep it!!! How awesome is that I am so excited to have it back! I finally got my Christmas cards out today so hopefully they will get out before Christmas. We are getting excited about going home for Christmas with Jayse. This year will be a lot more eventful than last now that he can run. For those of you that can't tell Matt has hacked my page and added some of his flavor. Jayse went back to school today and had a much better day today and went to the mall with dad to shop for Christmas. We are going to attempt to see Santa in the morning after our nap. We aren't very optimistic this year because he is so clingy to us. Oh well, hope eveybody has a good weekend.

Almost through with my first week at work full time. Jayse is teething again and ran fever Wed. so Matt stayed home with him today to make sure it didn't go up again. Matt went to Publix to get some food for his diet and took some of my coupons and he saved $30+!!! Now he is hooked on saving too. I pulled up someone else's blog that has coupons for Publix and showed him how much more he could have saved and now he wants to go back!!!! Thanks Tara Whitaker for opening our eyes to these savings. I got to go to the courtroom this week during a trial and help out some young boys who witnessed a crime. They were so well-behaved and had excellent manners. It was so much fun to be back in the courtroom and actually got to do something productive this week.

We have had a big day. We went to a friend's house here in Albany to watch the SEC Championship game on his big screen tv. ROLL TIDE!! Alabama won!!! Jayse had fun and had a new friend to play with that was his 13 months too!! We are getting into the swing of the Christmas season with all the parties to attend but they are so much fun with Jayse because he is the life of the party. I have signed up for Adsense which will begin to add advertisements to this page. I have never used this before so I am going to try it but if you see anything inappropriate please report it to me and I can unsubscribe. The goal is for you to click on it even if you don't intend to purchase anything from them and it will add to my account.
